DEPLOYMENT TECHNICIAN(S):

Primary Purpose:

Our client is seeking a Deployment Technician to join their dedicated team and assist with executing their deployment and TDR efforts. Device refreshes, Environment Device Mapping, Running Epic Application Test Scripts, Interacting with Clinical & IT staff, and Troubleshooting Ad-hoc IT support issues. In addition to Deployment efforts of Staging, Unboxing, Imaging, Configuration.

Qualifications:

• 3-4years of experience with device deployment
• Foundational understanding of troubleshooting
• Experience installing Network Equipment
• Maintaining products and equipment
• testing experience
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-pace healthcare environment
• Reliable transportation
